Revisions

Each service package includes its own revision policy, as outlined in its service description. Revisions are available within 5 to 10 days of the order being marked as Waiting for Customer Approval in our order management system.

Revisions are available once the project has been completed and presented for review. Customers may request revisions directly by contacting their assigned project manager via email.

Customers have full rights to edit, modify, and update any content they receive from us, as it is delivered in an editable Word format and they retain complete ownership of it.

Refund Policy

Digital Scribblers handles concerns and complaints in accordance with the following refund policy. Users, partners, clients, and customers are encouraged to review the terms below. If you do not agree with these terms, we recommend ceasing the use of our website and services immediately.

No refunds are provided for sample or bulk orders.
We do not provide refunds if a customer engages in or contributes to negative narratives about our company online or offline.
If a customer wishes to terminate services within three (03) months of payment, a refund may be granted only if no discount was applied at the time of registration.
Refunds are only provided in specific circumstances as outlined below:
- Digital Scribblers reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on these terms.
- 30% of the total amount may be refunded in cases of customer change of mind due to personal or financial reasons unrelated to the project.
- Refund requests must be submitted through [Your Contact Email]. Requests made outside this channel will not be considered.

Customers are encouraged to check back periodically for updates to these terms, as they may be amended over time. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Digital Scribblers and the customer and supersede any prior agreements, whether oral or written.

Prices and discounts for our services are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or suspend any part of our services at any time without notice.
We shall not be held liable to you or any third party for any changes, price adjustments, suspensions, or discontinuation of services.
